This page explains what we collect when you join the Veltree OS waitlist, why, and how to have it removed. It covers the waitlist only. Veltree OS isn't launched yet, and we'll publish a full policy before it is.
Who we are
Veltree OS is operated by 1001787049 Ontario Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. When this page says "we" or "us", it means 1001787049 Ontario Inc.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- The rule you'd want enforced, if you choose to tell us.
- The ad or link that brought you here (for example "Instagram"), and the website you came from, if your browser shares it.
- The country your visit came from, worked out from your connection. We don't store your IP address.
- When you signed up, and that you agreed to receive emails.
We don't ask for, and the waitlist doesn't collect, any brokerage login, account numbers or investment details.
Why we collect it
- To email you about early access to Veltree OS, starting with a short welcome email.
- To learn what people want from the product, using the rules you share.
- To understand which ads and links bring people here.
Who can see it
Only the Veltree OS founding team at 1001787049 Ontario Inc. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. The list is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, whose servers may be outside Canada. If we later use an email service to send updates, your email address will be shared with it only to send those emails.
How long we keep it
Until Veltree OS launches and you've had a chance to join, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can also ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, email privacy@veltree.ca.
Not investment advice
Veltree OS enforces rules you set. It doesn't choose investments or give investment advice.
